Gorgeous. I'm a resident of Kirkland (near Seattle) and I love the harbor, especially right where you captured it. I like how I-5 is nearly empty. The landscape focus is perfect, rather then me focusing on one part of the picture I focus on everything. Personally I think you should've decreased the amount of clouds in the sky in your photo, though if you were trying to capture more of Seattle than the actual harbor, then leave them, but that's just me. I love the sepia tone to it, it adds a boring look to it that amplifies the picture, though I'd like to see this in greyscale and in normal with added contrast. All in all, I love it and you've got talent my friend, great choice of a picture.
